Chemsupport

Chemsupport is a division of YMC which provides chemical specialties like adhesion promoters capable to prepare many different surfaces (glass, SiO2, Au, Cu, steel, Al, PE, PTFE, etc) for photolithographic processes or bonding tasks; protection coatings for micro applications.

Other specialties for lithographic processes are:
- YMC Intercoat for SU-8 multilayer processing
- YMC Positive Photo Resist for lift-off technology on
polystyrene surfaces for bio-MAPLs.
